Partner Policy

PTR Social Welfare Foundation we is committed to building meaningful, ethical, and mutually beneficial partnerships to advance our mission and create positive social impact. This Partner Policy outlines the standards and expectations for organizations, individuals, and other entities who wish to collaborate with PTR Social Welfare Foundation.
By partnering with PTR Social Welfare Foundation, partners agree to adhere to the principles outlined in this policy.
1. Types of Partnerships
PTR Social Welfare Foundation welcomes various forms of partnerships, including but not limited to:
- Strategic Partnerships: Collaborations with other non-profits, businesses, or governmental organizations to achieve shared goals.
- Funding Partnerships: Donors, grantors, and other financial supporters who contribute resources to support our programs.

2. Partner Eligibility

- Reputation and Integrity: Partners must have a positive public reputation, adhere to ethical business practices, and demonstrate a commitment to social responsibility.
- Compliance: Partners must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including tax laws, non-profit regulations, and any other relevant statutory requirements.
3. Responsibilities of Partners
Partners are expected to:
- Uphold PTR Social Welfare Foundation’s Values: Partners must adhere to our ethical standards and reflect our values in all joint activities.
- Provide Accurate and Timely Information: Partners should provide any requested information (e.g., financial reports, progress updates) to ensure transparency and accountability in our collaborations.
- Respect Confidentiality: Both parties must respect the confidentiality of shared information unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Cooperate and Communicate Effectively: Active, open communication is critical. Partners must engage in a constructive manner, offering input and feedback where appropriate.
4. Types of Support We Expect from Partners
Partners may contribute in various ways, including but not limited to:
- Financial Support: Donations, sponsorships, grants, and other forms of financial assistance to fund our programs and initiatives.
- In-Kind Contributions: Donations of goods, services, or expertise that support our programs or events.
- Volunteering: Volunteering time, expertise, or personnel to assist with various PTR Social Welfare Foundation activities.
- Promotion and Advocacy: Assistance in raising awareness of PTR Social Welfare Foundation’s mission through media, marketing, and advocacy efforts.
5. PTR Social Welfare Foundation’s Responsibilities to Partners
In return, PTR Social Welfare Foundation agrees to:
- Acknowledge and Recognize Partners: We will appropriately acknowledge and promote our partners in accordance with the nature of the partnership, including via our website, social media, press releases, or event materials.
- Provide Transparency: PTR Social Welfare Foundation will keep partners informed about the impact of their support, including updates on our programs, results, and financial reporting when applicable.
- Maintain Ethical Standards: PTR Social Welfare Foundation will operate in an ethical and transparent manner, ensuring that all partnerships are in line with our mission and values.
6. Conflict of Interest
PTR Social Welfare Foundation strives to maintain impartiality in all partnerships. Partners must disclose any potential conflicts of interest before entering into a partnership agreement. PTR Social Welfare Foundation reserves the right to review and address conflicts of interest that may compromise the integrity of the partnership or our mission.
7. Termination of Partnership
Either party may terminate the partnership at any time with written notice if:
- There is a material breach of the terms of the partnership agreement.
- Either party is found to be acting in ways that damage or are in conflict with the mission or reputation of PTR Social Welfare Foundation.
- The partnership is no longer aligned with the foundation’s objectives or ethical standards.
In the event of termination, both parties agree to resolve any pending obligations, financial or otherwise, in a fair and transparent manner.
8. Liability
PTR Social Welfare Foundation is not responsible for any liabilities or losses that arise from a partner’s actions or activities. Partners are expected to indemnify PTR Social Welfare Foundation against any claims, damages, or losses arising from their actions, violations of law, or breach of the partnership agreement.
9. Intellectual Property
Any intellectual property (e.g., trademarks, logos, content) shared between PTR Social Welfare Foundation and the partner should be used only with express permission from the owner. Partners must respect the intellectual property rights of PTR Social Welfare Foundation and vice versa.
10. Governing Law
