PTR Social Welfare Foundation we is a non-profit organization committed to transparency and fairness. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which we may offer refunds for donations or payments made to PTR Social Welfare Foundation. By making a donation or payment, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.
1. Donations
As a charitable organization, PTR Social Welfare Foundation generally does not offer refunds for donations once they have been made. Donations are considered final and non-refundable, as they contribute to the programs and initiatives that support our mission.

2. Event Fees or Program Payments
In some cases, PTR Social Welfare Foundation may charge fees for events, programs, or services. If you have paid for an event or program and wish to request a refund, the following conditions apply:
- Cancellation by PTR Social Welfare Foundation: If PTR Social Welfare Foundation cancels an event or program for any reason, you will be eligible for a full refund of any fees paid.
- Cancellation by Participant: If you wish to cancel your participation in an event or program, we will review refund requests as follows:
- Refund requests made [Insert Time Frame] before the event or program start date may be eligible for a partial refund (subject to any applicable administrative fees).
- Refund requests made after the event or program has started or within [Insert Time Frame] of the event or program may not be eligible for a refund.
- No refunds will be given for “no-shows” or late cancellations.

3. Donation Errors and Refund Requests
If you accidentally make an incorrect donation or experience an error during the donation process (such as a duplicate transaction), please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to verify the transaction and may issue a refund in cases of error, at our discretion.

4. Processing Time for Refunds

5. Exceptions
PTR Social Welfare Foundation reserves the right to review and deny refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Refunds may not be granted in situations where:
